General conditions

Guarantee Policy:

A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your reservation for no charge 30 days or 14 days before arrival, depending on your travel dates (please see your specific travel dates in our website and the applicable cancellation policy). If, after that period,you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment will be non-refundable. Charge will be made in full 30 days prior the arrival date.

During Peak Season dates (December 17 th -January 3 rd ) reservations are non refundable and the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

If your reservation is for a period of 28 nights or more, special cancellation conditions apply: you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 90 days before the check-in date. After that, your reservation will incur a penalty of 100% of its total cost.
