When you walk in the door of this modern, third floor condo, you will be stunned by the wide-open view of the Pacific Ocean! An end-unit condo in the Roble Sabana Complex, it is one of the only units with ocean views and step-out balconies in all three bedrooms. The spacious terrace has comfortable seating to take in the expansive views in two directions, watch golfers putt at hole #14, and listen to the howler monkeys. There also is a brand-new grill for dinner with family and friends.
With three bedrooms and two baths, the 2307 square foot (215 m) condo comfortably accommodates six. The master bedroom has a king bed, a small sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each have queen beds and large windows with gorgeous views.
Served by an elevator with a back-up generator, this condo provides barrier-free entry, making it accessible for all ages. Additional amenities include: reserved parking space for one vehicle and a guest parking lot, 3 TVs, modern kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster oven, dining room table that seats six, and four charging stations with USB/USBc connections.
The Property Manager, OCC Rentals provides concierge services to assist you to have a hassle-free vacation. They will help you select excursions with reputable tourism companies and assist you with the booking process as well as being available to resolve any issues with your stay. • Guests are entitled to use all amenities at the luxurious 5-star “residents only 60,000 sq ft beach club with two pools, two restaurants, and chairs for the beach.
• Free use of bikes, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards as well as a large and modern gym (reservations required)
• Access to The Heavenly Spa at Reserva Conchal’s beach club which has spa services, saunas, and jacuzzies (fee for services and reservation required)

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Roble Sabana 305. Elizabeth and Rose worked with me for over 2 months prior to our trip to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival transportation, golf cart rental, food for the condo, restaurants, spa appointments and local shopping. The views from the unit are stunning and it was the most peaceful vacation we've ever had. The best part was the kitchen was completely stocked with the right equipment, dishes, glassware and tools to allow for real cooking for the times we didn't want to eat out. We will be going back every year!

This unit was exactly as described. The view was amazing from all bedrooms as well as the living room. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We found the beds incredibly comfortable (but the mattresses are firm). The beach was perfect - white ssee more
This unit was exactly as described. The view was amazing from all bedrooms as well as the living room. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We found the beds incredibly comfortable (but the mattresses are firm). The beach was perfect - white sand and clear turquoise water and we spent hours swimming around in the calm ocean. The short drive to the beach club was not a problem and there was always parking available. We used the gym (which was the best gym we have come across in any vacation rental) and kayaks and the towel/chair set up at the beach was a great perk. The whole Reserva Conchal is beautiful and peaceful and feels very safe. Highly recommend Reserva Conchal and this unit!

The view was spectacular and surrounded by lush gardens/golf course. Beach towels were provided which was an added plus. We appreciated the beautiful art decor. A lot of love is in this home. My family enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Apartment is perfect for a family with two kids. Nearby pool is great. Food quality at the resort is average. Moving outside of the resort if you go with a taxi is expensive. Catamaran ride was very good and visit to nature sites were also great. Rensee more

For local restaurants Patagonia Del Mar in Brasilito stands out.
