If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.
In case your stay is 7 or more nights, we offer a general cleaning service on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.

Reserva Conchal is the best place to stay in the area and this apartment had everything we needed for a family of 6. The apartment is spacious, has a nice view, and gives you access to a great beach club and all of amenities of the gated community. Wsee more

The apartment is spacious, has a nice view, and gives you access to a great beach club and all of amenities of the gated community. We enjoyed several meals at the beach club, horseback riding at the beach, and spent a lot of our time in one of the multitude of pools. The ACs are strong, beds comfortable, and the kitchen had a ton of tools...

The property is as described, free shuttle to the beach club is super convenient. The beach club restaurant has a good menu, pools and beach were not crowded, free access to gym, bike, boogie board, paddle board and kayak, they were great to keep evesee more

Last but not least, Rentals by OCC was an excellent property management company. They’re very helpful with local recommendations and responsive to questions we have about the property. We will be back! |

We love our stay in this AirBnB. We felt we were in a hotel with all the amenities without paying the high hotel price. The beach was amazing and it was not crowded at all. We have access to all the pools and the gym. The kids playground was so nice,see more

My 6 yrs old son had a hard time when we left this Airbnb. We saw so many animals in complex. Everything was so nice, I wish we had stayed here longer. We will come back for sure |
